Help plan and carry out the pack program with the help of the pack committee. Runs monthly pack meeting, and attends pack leaders’ meeting and monthly roundtable meeting.

The Committee Chair is appointed by the Chartered Organization to oversee the Pack Committee as they provide support to Den Leaders to ensure a quality program.
Every pack has a pack committee, which consists of the Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and Parents. By handling administrative and support tasks, the pack committee allows the Cubmaster, Den Leaders, and their Assistants to focus on working directly with the Cub Scouts.
The Pack Treasurer manages the funds and bank account, accepts and tracks fees and payments, keeps Pack Roster up to date, and produces financial reports for the Pack and Pack Committee
The Pack Secretary keeps minutes for Pack Committee meetings and distributes them to the Pack Committee, takes attendance for meetings, provides required BSA forms as needed, maintains an inventory of Pack-owned equipment and writes thank you notes to anyone who provides help to the Pack and takes care of other correspondence.
Leads the den at den meetings and monthly pack meeting. They are encouraged to attend the monthly pack leaders’ meeting and roundtable meeting.

Works with the Den Leaders to run monthly den meetings and assists with pack events. They are encouraged to attend pack meetings, pack leader’s meetings, and roundtable meetings. The Cubmaster may perform this function in a small pack.

Responsible for the major fundraising effort of the Pack. Research fundraising opportunities, propose ideas to committee, responsible for planning, running and promoting fundraiser events, responsible for monetary collections at fundraisers and transfers to Treasurer, award fundraiser prizes, and attend regular committee meetings.
Responsible for assisting the Fundraising Coordinator. Works with Coordinator to plan, run and promote fundraising events, assist with collecting order forms, reviewing forms/monies for errors, assist with sorting/handing out orders when they come in, attend committee meetings during active fundraiser to give updates.
Responsible for coordinating event planning for all Pack events during the Scouting year. Plan, organize and run special Pack events such as Pinewood Derby, Blue & Gold Banquet, Rank Ceremony and Crossover Ceremony. Work with fundraising committee members on events and attend monthly committee meetings to give updates on events.
Responsible for assisting the Event Planning Coordinator. Help plan and work Pinewood Derby race, Blue & Gold Banquet, Rank Ceremony and Crossover Ceremony. Will need to be available for monthly event planning meetings (may meet more frequently when closer to an event). Create and handle invitations and RSVP's, setup and breakdown of events, food shopping and food prep, planning and running activities, decorations for events, etc.
Coordinate unit recruitment efforts, plan, schedule and attend recruitment events, welcome new families to Scouting and provide information about the Pack, and promote Scouting though social media and other community communications.
