The Pack Committee Chair is appointed by the Chartered Organization to oversee the Pack Committee as they provide support to Den Leaders to ensure a quality program.
The Cubmaster leads the Pack which is made up of all the dens and also plans and organizes the monthly Pack meetings. The Cubmaster is the primary source of information for the group
Every pack has a pack committee, which consists of at least three members (chair, secretary, and treasurer). By handling administrative and support tasks, the pack committee allows the Cubmaster, den leaders, and their assistants to focus on working directly with the Cub Scouts.

The Pack Secretary keeps minutes for Pack Committee meetings and distribute them to the Pack Committee in a timely manner.

The Pack Treasurer manages the unit’s finances by creating an annual budget, collecting Pack fees (such as Camp fees), depositing funds, paying approved bills, and keeping accurate financial records. They report to the Pack Committee on the unit's financial status and ensure funds are handled securely.
Each den is led by an adult Den Leader in addition to other parents, together they plan and carry out a year-round program of activities for the den.

The Assistant Den Leader shares the work of the Den Leader and may be called upon to serve as a family contact or record keeper, or to handle other details of den operation.

The Pack Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for the major fundraising effort of the Pack.
Research fundraising opportunities and propose ideas to Pack Committee for approval.
Secure fundraising opportunities.
Responsible for planning, running and promoting fundraising events (Enlisting the help of Fundraiser Committee Members)
Responsible for popcorn sales; coordination, reporting, collecting, securing Show and Sell Sites
Responsible for all monetary collections at fundraisers and transferring all monies to treasurer in a timely manner with appropriate receipts
Reporting: Track Fundraiser sales per year on Fundraiser Tracking spreadsheet
Attend committee meetings regularly; Report to the Committee Chairman, as needed
The Fundraising Committee Member is responsible for assisting the Fundraising Coordinator.
Works with the Fundraising Coordinator to plan, run and promote fundraising events
Assist Fundraising Coordinator with collecting order forms, reviewing forms/money for errors, etc. at Fundraiser turn in.
Assist with sorting/handing out orders when they come in
Attend committee meetings when there is an active fundraiser to give Fundraiser updates
The Event Planning Coordinator organizes pack activities, campouts, and ceremonies. They handle logistics, budgets, and safety compliance. This volunteer ensures events are fun, age-appropriate, and align with Scouting America (BSA) guidelines.
The Event Planning Committee Member is responsible for assisting the Event Planning Coordinator.

The New Member Coordinator (NMC) is a welcoming ambassador for new families. Appointed by the Unit Committee Chair, the NMC focuses on two primary goals: driving unit recruitment and ensuring new youth and their parents feel connected, informed, and engaged enough to stay in the program
